2Member Eligibility

• Being a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not listed among individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4Deposits & Payments

Mrt88 accepts a wide range of payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Terms related to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit limit varies depending on the selected payment method and the member's VIP tier.
• All successful deposits will be credited to your mrt88 account within the stipulated timeframe depending on the payment method used.
• Mrt88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

7Game Rules

8Member Conduct

• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the mrt88 platform.
• Registering using a false identity or stealing another person's identity.
• Sharing or selling your mrt88 account to any third party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.

9Account Termination

If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons (unrelated to fraud), any real cash balance remaining in the account will be returned to you once the verification process is complete. Any unused bonuses or bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.

In summary, we use your data for the following purposes:

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the mrt88 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant arbitration body.
